(Terrs- An abbreviation of terrorists, referring to terrorists and insurgents in Cecilia. Most Terrs are black tribalists, which gives a discriminatory air to the term)

60/40 ('Sixty-Forty')- Abroad a term for investment portfolios. In Cecil, it refers to the 60:40 ratio of men to women in the military and police. In civil slang, to sixty-forty something means that the majority of people present will take care of the problem. In military slang it means that the men will take care of the problem.
